Express - pre 10.30 delivery to most UK areas, next day
delivery to most EU & Worldwide destinations*.
Standard - next day delivery within the UK, 2-5 working days
to destinations with the EU*.
Expedited - equivalent to the standard service but for
Worldwide destinations, delivery 2-7 working days.
Express Plus - pre 9.00 delivery available in the UK only*.
Return Services
Available from GB & EU destinations on Express or Standard, a surcharge of
£5 is applied per package in addition to the freight. We will instruct a
driver to collect on a scheduled day, 24 hours notice is required and a pre-
printed label for each package will be taken into your customer. A collection
form is available on request.
Please be accurate when giving the number of packages, weight and size as you
will be charged for the number of labels produced, even if not all are used,
and may incur additional charges if the weight/size is greater than that given
at the time of booking. The surcharge will be applied if the return is arranged
but the packages not collected.
For Worldwide imports, the labels and paperwork will need to be completed by
the shipper, however a surcharge will not be applied.
Saturday Deliveries
Available to most cities & towns in the UK and major EU and Worldwide
destinations*.
UK deliveries are charged at £32 per package and a surcharge of £15
is applied per delivery to other destinations in addition to the express price.
When completing the paperwork, mark the service as ‘Express’ and
write ‘Saturday delivery’ in the special instructions.
C.O.D
On request, we can collect payment from your customer for the value of the
goods and hold delivery until the amount has been collected and returned to
you. This is available for deliveries to UK & EU destinations only and is
charged at 1.25% of the invoice value or £15, whichever is greater. Once
shipped, the invoice value cannot be changed.
Additional Handling
This applies for any packages that are:
• not fully encased
• those encased in metal or wood
• those that exceed 150cm in length
• in plastic wrapping
• cylindrical
Insurance
Additional insurance is available. If this is required, please clearly state
the value and currency on the waybill or ewaybill. Otherwise please refer to
our "conditions of contract".
Paperwork
A CSM consignment note or Ewaybill is required to be completed for each
shipment. It is advised that you also write the consignee’s address on
all the boxes and that there are no other addresses/labels on them. Invoices
are required for Customs purposes for packages being sent outside of the EU;
they are not required for documents only. Two copies need to be placed on the
main package and one given to the driver with the CSM consignment note.
If no service is marked on the CSM consignment note or Ewaybill then the
package(s) will be sent on the cheapest service, whether this be express or
standard.
