DHL Demand and UPS Surge Charges 2024
The carriers are imposing the surcharge differently based on service and destination, our system will be updated and continue to choose the most appropriate carrier factoring in these additional charges.
Please see below charges from the carriers:
DHL
CSM services that will be affect when utilising DHL’s network are CSM9, CSM12, CSM24, CSM Express, CSM Medical Express and CSM Economy into Europe.
UPS
Effective 15th of September 2024, the following new surcharge will be introduced:
A Surge Fee for any Express Freight, Express, Express Saver, Express Plus or Expedited cross-border shipments. This fee is subject to Fuel Surcharge and will apply based on the billable weight of the shipment.
CSM services that will be affected when utilising UPS’ network are CSM 9, CSM 12, CSM 24, CSM Express, CSM Economy (rest of world).
CSM Economy into Europe via UPS will not be affected.
