I’m shipping outside the EU; can you provide advice on customs?

We understand that the new post-Brexit rules around customs and duty can become a little confusing and complex, especially if you are new to shipping outside the EU. Our expert team can take care of all the customs paperwork for you, as well as provide you with advice around Rules of Origin, IOSS, duties and more. Whether you have a one off shipment to import or something larger, contact your local branch and our team will be able to help.

We offer a Bulk Important System for customers who are shipping a large amount of goods. This service is particularly beneficial for eCommerce businesses as the system integrates with most well-known retailer sites. If your website is not compatible directly with our Bulk Important System, our in-house IT specialists can help set up API links to your website or fulfilment systems.

 At CSM we also have an online booking system that makes booking consignments quick and easy.
