Thank you for your continued support over the last year, we are proud to be your chosen distribution partner as we are for 1000’s of customers throughout the UK.

 

At CSM we continue to invest in our business and to enhance the experience we offer our customers and we will continue to look at ways in which we can improve our service to you in 2018.

 

The economic climate in the UK has changed in 2017 with exchange rates and inflation levels that are causing unwelcome pressures on businesses. As a result of this our key suppliers have increased their costs to us and consequently we have to increase our pricing for next year by 3.9% across our UK Services and 4.9% for our Worldwide and European Services. These changes will be effective from 1st January 2018.

 

We do not make this decision lightly as we understand our responsibility to manage costs and we will continue to deliver the highest quality customer service in the industry.

 

This letter has been sent to you as the principal contact for your company, please share this information with any colleagues who you think should be aware of these rate changes.

CORONAVIRUS! IMPORTANT NOTICE!

As the Coronavirus is now impacting us globally, we wanted to reach out and outline for you some of the extra precautions we are taking to keep our CSM Family as safe and as comfortable as possible.
Our company philosophy of "Quality Service" also applies to the safety of our customers and employees, and we are taking the necessary steps across our business to ensure the well-being of both.
We are closely monitoring the situation in all of our locations and following the guidance of the authorities, which advises meticulous cleaning and disinfecting.

Our teams and facilities are being constantly equipped with the proper training, tools, and sanitisation materials necessary.
Though we are still working each day to deliver the same services, we have trained and encouraged some of our employees to work from home in case of illness. Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the virus, and we will do our part to preserve the well-being of the CSM community we are so thankful for.
