We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support over the last year and remain very proud to be your chosen distribution partner, supporting your business throughout the UK and worldwide. As always we continue to invest in our business and develop the experience and services we offer to our customers.

 

The economic environment as you are all aware remains extremely challenging with international trade being brought sharply into force adding additional pressure for business costs.  As a result our Key suppliers have increased the prices to us consequently we have to increase our prices next year.

 

On average the increase will be 3.9% Increase for the UK services and a 4.9% increase for our international and European services. Unfortunately the Economy worldwide service has had to increase by 5.9%. These increases will be affective from the 1st of January 2019.

 

This letter has been sent to you as the principle contact for your company, Please share this information with any colleagues who you think should be aware of these rate changes.

As the Coronavirus is now impacting us globally, we wanted to reach out and outline for you some of the extra precautions we are taking to keep our CSM Family as safe and as comfortable as possible.
Our company philosophy of "Quality Service" also applies to the safety of our customers and employees, and we are taking the necessary steps across our business to ensure the well-being of both.
We are closely monitoring the situation in all of our locations and following the guidance of the authorities, which advises meticulous cleaning and disinfecting.

Though we are still working each day to deliver the same services, we have trained and encouraged some of our employees to work from home in case of illness.
