How much does it cost to send a parcel to Europe?
Delivery costs do depend on a number of factors such as the destination, service, size and weight of the parce so if you would like further information about sending a parcel to Europe then please contact your local CSM branch. It is also important to note that EU destinations are subject to VAT and if you are sending parcels outside of the EU, you’ll need an accompanying invoice.
How to send a parcel to Europe with CSM?
Shipping parcels to Europe with CSM is simple, just follow our step by step guide below.
- Firstly, if you are a new customer you will need to open an Account, click here to get started.
- We’ll email your username and password. Then log in to your account.
- Click “Send a Parcel”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- With everything complete, press “Print Label”, stick it on your package and that’s pretty much it.
- Depending on the destination of your parcel, you may need to supply an invoice for Customs purposes. For advice and additional information, please contact your local CSM branch.
Do I need a customs invoice when sending parcels to Europe?
Invoices are required for Customs purposes for packages being sent to the EU, they are not required for document envelopes only. Documents over 2kgs will require an invoice. If you need further advice or guidance on customs invoices, please contact your local CSM branch.
Can I send larger shipments to Europe with CSM?
You have a larger shipment? No problem. We’ll transport anything, anywhere throughout Europe. Full load and part load services are available from our terminal at Didcot to and from most European Countries.
