Delivery costs do depend on a number of factors such as the destination, service, size and weight of the parcel so if you would like further information about sending a parcel internationally then please contact your local CSM branch. Our experienced team can also advise you on what customs duties and taxes may apply for your international shipment.
How to send a parcel internationally with CSM?
Shipping parcels internationally with CSM is simple, just follow our step by step guide below.
- Firstly, if you are a new customer you will need to open an Account, click here to get started.
- We’ll email you your username and password. Then log in to your account.
- Click “Send a Parcel”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- With everything complete, press “Print Label”, stick it on your package and that’s pretty much it.
- Depending on the destination of your parcel, you may need to supply an invoice for Customs purposes. For advice and additional information, please contact your local CSM branch.
