Yes. Invoices are required for customs purposes for all packages sent outside the EU. They are not required for document envelopes only, though documents over 2kg will require an invoice. Your invoice must include an accurate description of the goods, their value, country of origin and the relevant commodity codes. For parcels that exceed standard parcel dimensions or weight limits, CSM's associate companies AFFA and Sandrair provide worldwide air freight services including full consolidation, customs clearance and a door-to-door service to most global destinations. Open a CSM account, log in and click "Send a Parcel". Enter your destination address and parcel details, follow the on-screen instructions and print your label. Attach it to your consignment and arrange a collection. Depending on your destination you may need to supply a customs invoice.
