25 years of service, a farewell to Serge Lipski

After an incredible 25 years with CSM Logistics, Serge Lipski has decided that the time has come to retire from the business.

Serge has been part of CSM Logistics almost since the very beginning, and has played an enormous role in helping to build the company into what it is today.

Throughout those 25 years, he has been a trusted colleague, an outstanding ambassador for our business and, to many of our customers and suppliers, a valued friend.

A Quarter of a Century of Dedication

His dedication, professionalism and unwavering commitment to customer service have earned him the respect of everyone who has had the pleasure of working with him.

His contribution to CSM Logistics simply cannot be overstated, and his presence will be greatly missed by all of us.

Whilst we are naturally sad to see Serge leave, we completely understand his decision to enjoy a well-earned retirement after such a long and successful career. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for CSM Logistics and wish him and his family every happiness and good health for the future.

A Message from Mickey Ogden, Chairman

To mark the occasion, our chairman, Mickey Ogden, wrote personally to CSM's customers, suppliers and friends.

What This Means for Our Customers and Suppliers

Serge will remain with CSM until 31 October 2026, giving us time to manage a smooth and considered handover. Over the coming weeks, our team will be working closely with the customers and suppliers Serge has supported directly, to make sure the transition feels seamless and nothing is left to chance.

The high levels of service and personal attention that CSM Logistics is built on will continue without interruption, that has always been at the heart of how we work, and it is exactly what Serge has represented for the last 25 years.
