CSM provides parcel delivery services to most worldwide destinations, covering all major markets across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and beyond. European delivery includes DDP options, and worldwide air and sea freight is available through our associate companies AFFA and Sandrair for larger shipments. No. CSM does not use call centres or automated messaging systems. When you contact us, you speak directly to the team handling your account. This applies to all CSM branches across the UK. Personal service is one of the things that makes us different from larger logistics providers.

Yes. All CSM deliveries are fully tracked from collection through to confirmed delivery. Real-time tracking is available through your online account portal. You will also receive email confirmation with tracking details after booking. For the same day and express international deliveries, your account team monitors progress proactively and will contact you if any issues arise.

Yes. CSM integrates directly with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Shiptheory, Linnworks, Jonas Sports and Pimento. Once connected, your orders import automatically and labels are generated in bulk, removing manual entry from your dispatch process. CSM Logistics is part of the MO Holdings Logistics Group, which was established in 1984. The group also includes SandrAir International, established in 1983, and AFFA, established in 1973. Together the group provides a comprehensive range of logistics services spanning parcel delivery, air freight, sea freight and fulfilment. CSM started life in London in 1996 and operates as the group's primary parcel delivery and courier service business.

Yes. Saturday delivery is available to most UK cities and towns, and to major EU and worldwide destinations. Availability varies by postcode and destination, so contact your local CSM branch before booking a time-sensitive Saturday delivery to confirm service availability in your area.

CSM can accommodate parcels up to 270cm in length and up to 70kg in weight on standard services. A large package surcharge applies to packages over a combined length and girth of 300cm. For packages with a combined length and girth over 400cm, contact your local branch for an alternative service and quote. Long parcel services are available for items up to 3 metres in length.

Log in to your CSM account and use the "Get a Quote" function in the left-hand menu. Enter your parcel details, collection and delivery addresses and select your preferred service. For volume pricing, international shipments or specialist requirements, contact your local CSM branch directly and the team will put together a tailored quote for your business.

Additional handling applies to packages over 25kg where assistance may be needed, and can also apply to packages not fully encased in cardboard, encased in wood or metal, over 100cm long, in plastic wrapping, or cylindrical items. For some international destinations, aircraft size limits also apply, so check with local CSM branch before booking.
