• New Integration with Parcelforce and Royal Mail: At the start of 2026 customers will also have access to Royal Mail’s range of delivery solutions too enabling CSM to cater for all of your shipping needs.
• Launch of Global E-commerce Delivery Solutions: New worldwide delivery options built specifically for online retailers seeking cost-effective, tracked, and reliable international delivery services.

Network, Facilities & Infrastructure

• CSM EU Facility– Belgium: Significant investment in our European operation in Antwerp, now offering storage, pick & pack, and cross-docking solutions to help minimise customs clearances into the EU economic community and simplify your supply chain.
• CSM UK expansion: CSM Logistics has invested heavily in the expansion of our UK footprint.
  o Opening of our new Basildon branch this year.
  o Expansion of our Northampton facility to a new 4000sq ft premises now offering pallet storage solutions.
• Secure PIN on Delivery service: A new security enhancement for high-value shipments being sent within the UK, providing added protection and peace of mind when delivering high value and business critical shipments.

Please be assured that all updates to our pricing and services are made with careful consideration, balancing operational demands with our commitment to remaining competitive and supportive. Effective 1st January 2026 we will be implementing a 5.2% increase to our delivery rates.
