Please note that all consignments are sent at owners' own risk, and are only covered to the extent of the carrier's maximum liability. All packages are carried under the BIFA terms & conditions which are available on our website www.csmlogistics.co.uk

Your goods can be insured but only if we receive your written instructions to do so each time you book a shipment. Please give us 24 hours notice on insurance requests.

We must be notified of any damage within 7 days from delivery. Once a claim is raised with the carrier we must have all supporting evidence within 28 days from the request date.

Any missing shipments must be queried within 7 days after collection. Once an investigation has been completed and a claim raised with the carrier we must have all supporting evidence within 28 days from the request date, otherwise the claim will be invalidated.

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain a goods in transit policy that covers all goods sent with carriers.
