As you'd expect, prices depend on the destination.
Do remember:

  • EU destinations are subject to VAT
  • For destinations outside the EU, you'll need an accompanying invoice


It's so simple.

  1. Open an Account here.
  2. We'll email your username and password. Then log in to your account.
  3. Click "Send a Parcel".
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. With everything complete, press "Print Label", stick it on your package and that's pretty much it.

Depending on the destination of your parcel, you may need to supply an invoice for Customs purposes. Call your local CSM branch for details. You'll find yourself speaking to a real person who understands your business - no call centres, no automated replies, no outsourcing.

Customs Invoice

Invoices are required for Customs purposes for packages being sent outside of the EU, they are not required for document envelopes only. Documents over 2kgs will require an invoice.


You have a larger shipment? No problem. We'll transport anything, anywhere throughout Europe.Full load and part load services are available from our terminal at Didcot to and from most European Countries.

As the Coronavirus is now impacting us globally, we wanted to reach out and outline for you some of the extra precautions we are taking to keep our CSM Family as safe and as comfortable as possible.

We are closely monitoring the situation in all of our locations and following the guidance of the authorities, which advises meticulous cleaning and disinfecting.


Our teams and facilities are being constantly equipped with the proper training, tools, and sanitisation materials necessary.
Though we are still working each day to deliver the same services, we have trained and encouraged some of our employees to work from home in case of illness. Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the virus, and we will do our part to preserve the well-being of the CSM community we are so thankful for.
